    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I also want to join in the comments made by Hon. Sakaja. It is very unfortunate because most of the time Members come to the House on Wednesday morning, some very dedicatedly as you will attest because you also sit on that Chair. They are so dedicated and they come to participate in the consideration of these Bills or Motions that we have in front of us. It is very unfortunate that when the House wants to do its work, it is curtailed by a few Members who may have not taken their work seriously. I do not want to cast aspersions on anybody. However, I would also want to add my voice that the Members who have Motions or Bills in front of us that were supposed to have been discussed be reprimanded. They should also give this House a good explanation as to why their Bills should go forward."
