    "content": "In the process, we are also looking at an amendment where even students who go to international universities and who attend universities in England, the United States of America, India and even Tanzania will be able to access these loans because they are Kenyans. These are people who went to study there and they will come back and help build this country. We should not deny them the opportunity of acquiring loans because they are studying in other universities which are not in this country. We are yet to bring that particular amendment so that we can allow students who are studying in international universities to access these particular loans."
