    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I mentioned here that the officer was not dismissed because he was in the hospital. I said that the officer had absented himself for 48 days. I also mentioned that he was a deserter for 21 days. In a disciplined force, you are not allowed to desert even for two days. That is because we do not know whether you are a criminal or whether you have gone to carry out criminal activities. This is a disciplined force and so, we cannot allow such cases. We also go by the standing orders of the Police Force."
