    "content": "(1) Whether the Cabinet Secretary is aware that many of the students of Garissa Teachers Training College, a stone throw away from Garissa University which remains closed, have not reported to college this May term fearing for their lives. (2) Has the Cabinet Secretary considered other options in the meantime, such as transferring the students to other training institutions to enable them continue with their studies? (3) Could the students, their parents and guardians be assured that this temporary setback will not in any way affect the studies and future of the students? (4) Will the national Government, through the Cabinet Secretary, take appropriate measures to ensure adequate security in all institutions of learning in the country?"
