"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is a Statement in response to an inquiry or to a question raised by the distinguished Senator for Kitui, Sen. Musila on Thursday 19th February, 2015. The distinguished Senator for Kitui County requested the Committee to provide information regarding the status of cash transfer programmes and most specifically the number of senior citizens receiving cash transfers and the names of the recipients in each of the eight constituencies in Kitui County.
