    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, first and foremost, I want to thank the Chair for providing the information, though it is being provided three months since it was requested. This is a very important matter concerning all counties of this Republic. The matter of cash transfers to the under privileged, including the senior citizens is of major concern to the people of this country. As you can see, I am holding a huge book that has been handed over to me by the Chair.
