    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, then I am right in seeking this clarification because in my own view, the proceedings before a committees are governed by the same rules of procedure as the proceedings before the House. When I sit as the Chairman of the committee, I sit as an equivalent of the Speaker in the Committee. I assume it is for the Chairman of the Committee to look at the issues brought before the Committee and deal with this issue of sub judice. If we verify and get information which confirms that the matter is actually sub judicism, the Committee can make a finding that we cannot proceed with that line because the matter is before the court and we bring that finding to the House as part of our report. I just wanted to seek whether that is the correct way to go."
