    "content": "If we do not put in place procedures to ensure that we comply with Article 27 (8), it means that this House, together with the Senate, will be unconstitutional as from 27th August, 2015. The consequence is that any Kenyan can seek the dissolution of the two Houses for failing to comply with a constitutional requirement. The National Assembly, as it is right now, does not have the one-third gender, particularly of women who are fewer than one-third."
