    "content": "With regard to the vetting of Judges and Magistrates (Amendment) Bill, we are seeking the amendment of Section 23(3) of the relevant Act. The reason why it is also very urgent is that at the moment Section 23(3) states that: “The Chief Magistrates and the Principal Magistrates ought to have been vetted by 28th April, 2013.” Unfortunately about 29 Chief Magistrates and Principal Magistrates were not vetted as of that time. We have about 29 Chief Magistrates and Principal Magistrates who are still waiting to be vetted."
