    "content": "Hon. Members, this is an indication that there is fear of dissolution. I had expected Hon. Chepkong’a to also tell us whether any Kenyan can go to any other court and seek the dissolution of the Supreme Court as presently constituted for not also complying with Article 27(8) of the Constitution, which is in the Bill of Rights. Why is it that it is easier to deal with political institutions and not other institutions? It is food for thought."
