"content": "No, I will not allow that because the report has not been given. We will be veering into a report which is in the custody of the body that was appointed and gazetted. So, why do we not wait for them to make a report? They will tell the whole country who appeared before them and who did not appear. If we begin debating who did not appear - I am not the one to whom the report will be presented - I will be presiding over another debate. It has not quite matured. Hon. Musyimi, let us not go into what is in that report because I do not know what the report is like. Let them be given the leeway to present it to you."
