My suggestion was that it would have been better to present the interim report to Parliament, so that we can give our input, and identify the key stakeholders who have not been involved. After we look at the final product, we can allow the report to be availed to the public. Work in progress can be amended. Releasing an interim report publicly might be misleading to the public. It can be very costly to correct such a situation."
