How is it that I know most of you by your three names and the constituencies that you represent? There is no Member for Kisumu. The only Member for Kisumu is called “Ken Obura Mirenga”. He is the Member for Kisumu Town. The others are Hon. Olago Oluoch and Hon. Shakeel Shabbir. The Member for Ugenya, Hon. David Ochieng, is the one who commented. You cannot mistake him for the Member for Kisumu. It may well be that you get to Kisumu before you get to Siaya, depending on the route you follow."
