    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I am a bit surprised because this amendment was brought to the Budget and Appropriations Committee and they rejected it. The Chair of the Committee is here. I remember the Committee discussed the issue of holding of an office in a political party for almost one hour and the Budget and Appropriations Committee unanimously rejected this amendment. I do not know why it is brought here."
