    "content": "clause 2 of the Bill be amended- (a) by deleting the definition of “Designated State Officer” (b) by deleting the definition of “retired Designated State Officer” (c) by deleting the definition of “retired Speaker” and substituting therefore the following definition— “retired Speaker” means a person who, having held the office of the Speaker of the National Assembly or Speaker of the Senate any time after the 15th of January,2008 has ceased to hold office as such in the manner specified in the Constitution.
