    "content": "youth, and everybody else. All of us, including the Executive, should be our brothers’ keeper. I know that one day I will be out of this House. I hope it will not be in 2017; I want it to be beyond 2017. The moment I retire, I would not want the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) or anybody else to hold my pension. If such a thing were to happen, I would feel the same pain as the retired teachers. Therefore, I second the Motion and urge this House to unanimously support it and ensure that the Executive implements it."
