"content": "Thirdly, we do not want melodrama, acrobatics and sarakasis on issues to do with terrorism on social media; mainly on Twitter and on Facebook. The fact is that the AlShabaab terror group are evil and murderous. Let the entire leadership of this country take responsibility. People should stop shifting blame. Terrorist attacks are happening and we are burying people. As an hon. Member said, the fact is that terrorists have a target, and that target is known. We are under siege and, therefore, we need to focus on where we want to go with a solid Presidency, Legislature, Judiciary and constitutional Commissions. There is no Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission because of what this House did last week. A tribunal sits quickly before you complete your work. The secretariat sitting there cannot process anything that will be acceptable to the citizens of this country. Otherwise we will be telling the country that the new---"
