Pursuant to Standing Order No. 30, I extend this House for another 30 minutes up to 7.00 O’clock and allow Members to ventilate. I will give three minutes each to Members who want to speak, except for the Deputy Speaker who can speak for as long she has to say. Member for Ugenya! I see those are Members who have already gone for constituency work because he is nowhere to be seen. Member for Rarieda, the Floor is yours."
