"content": "Today has been a great day for this nation. We have passed the Report on unpaid pension dues to retired teachers. As Members of that Committee, we have been on that matter for a long time. We have been exposed to a ping-pong game of back and forth for almost two years. It is good that the National Assembly has in totality pronounced itself on the matter. The Executive has no other business, but to execute the report and make sure that the retirees are paid. They have served Kenyans in their lives as dedicated servants of this Republic."
