    "content": "During this recess, Members will have a good opportunity to meet their electorate and dialogue with them and explain to them the issues that we have at hand. Insecurity in this country has reached threatening levels. The Government of Kenya has goofed on so many occasions and that has worsened the security situation. On the day the Garissa incident occurred, we were treated to drama as the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government, as well as other unarmed government officials went to the scene; leaving the elite Recce Squad walking on foot in Nairobi under the explanation that they were going to get a chopper. I believe that all the property that is in this country, by extension, belongs to this country. It is inexplicable to imagine that we would not have a chopper at all when on weekends we have Members of Parliament and other leaders flying all over the country in choppers. It was a shame to this country. The Government must do a self-assessment on that matter and make sure those Kenyans---"
