    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. From the outset, I wish to say that I support this amendment. I also want to thank the hon. Member for Kikuyu for being proactive in dealing with the issue of alcoholism, which has really affected our region, central Kenya. If you look at alcohol in terms of what we call illicit brews, you will notice that they have been manufactured using laboratory chemicals in the past. The amendment is bringing in agricultural products. It means we are going to improve agriculture and also have healthy alcoholic drinks. Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman."
