    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman for giving me this opportunity to air my views on this amendment. From the outset, I want to say that I support the amendment because it provides a solution for some of the problems we have. This country basically survives on farm produce, which we produce. It is on this basis that we encourage our farmers to intensify the growing of farm produce, which at the end will make our country better economically. I support and urge all the other hon. Members to support it."
