    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, in view of the effects of alcohol in this country, I stand to support this Motion. It could not have come at a better time than now, when Kenyan youths are involved in alcoholism. We also saw the President appoint a young man to the National Authority for Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA). I am sure the Alcoholic Drinks Control (Amendment) Bill and these amendments brought by Hon. Ichung’wah are going to help this country fight alcoholism."
