    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker for this opportunity. I also rise to support the Bill. It is important that regulations are in place for the control of alcoholic drinks. Most important is the fact that this Bill seeks to promote farmers. I want to mention the issue of crops like the cassava crop. Down at the Coast, cassava is grown but there is no market for it. The enactment of this law will create a market for cassava and other crops. I support the Bill."
