    "content": "Thank you, hon. Serem for reminding me that name. It was the Sachangwan fire tragedy. The enhancement of this pipeline will ensure that such tragedies never occur in the future of this country. Therefore, I want to beseech Members to support this Motion and Report. As it has been pointed out, it has become almost an everyday habit that whenever there is such a huge project all manner of petitions are brought to Parliament or the PPRB. Some of them are on very flimsy grounds. In a big way, we are stifling the growth of this economy with so many petitions for review of public procurement. I want to believe that with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal (Amendment) Act, which we passed this morning, some of these challenges will be a thing of the past. I ask the Members to support this Report."
