"content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Report of the Public Investments Committee on Kenya Pipeline Company. I want to say that it is high time we started the construction of the new pipeline, because the one that already exists is almost obsolete. I am happy that we did a procurement law that will stop the kind of acts that have resulted in delay in the construction of the pipeline. I am happy they have followed the due process and the courts have agreed with them. I also want to note that even when we were discussing the Report on the defunct Kenya Posts and Telecommunication Corporation, we said that the Attorney-General had The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
