    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Report on the following grounds: One, to construct the pipeline is very important for our economy and the economy of the region. Kenya is a regional hub when it comes to industrial and manufacturing sectors. Petroleum products are very essential and the delivery of those products to the intended users - the factories and the general usage in the country is very important. Zakhem International Construction Corporation Limited bided and constructed the first pipeline in 1973. It is a credit to them. That pipeline has been in existence for a period of over 36 years. It is actually a testimony of the good work that Zakhem has done in the last over 40 years. The management of the pipeline saw it good to award the same company and the information from the Review Board also upheld what was put forward by the management.
