    "content": "Hon. Wamalwa talked about what happened in the Mukuru slums where several people were burnt and killed by petroleum. It is very important that Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) and the Government sensitize our people so that they can stay away from pipelines. If you go back to the same slums where we lost several people, you will still find people living there. Again, there is also need for the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) and even the KPC to check on adulterated fuel which is very rampant in so many petrol stations."
