    "content": "Corruption is almost bringing this country to its knees and we need to be very careful. It is only in Kenya where thieves are celebrated. This is not a secret. Some of the thieves or those who are believed to be corrupt are now appointed to be the cabinet secretaries and ambassadors. If you are found to be corrupt and you are, say, a cabinet secretary, you are promoted to be an ambassador. So, we want to be very careful even with the appointments. I want to ask the President to be very careful on appointments. People who have failed before should not be given any chance."
