    "content": " The point I am making Hon. Bowen is that you should say things which are consistent. When members of public are following your debate, they should find it consistent with your role. If somebody is a thief and he is appointed an ambassador, the public will ask how the National Assembly approved the name of that person if, indeed, he was a thief. So, what it boils to is: Are you doing your duty as a Member of the National Assembly? That is the point that you need to work on. Proceed and finish."
