    "content": "Secondly, the fact that the company belongs to a country makes it an international company. It can be in Uganda or anywhere else. You actually assess that company from its capacity to do the job and not necessarily basing the assessment on the country of origin. The company has done a good job. The only thing I want to pick from the recommendations of the Committee is that it should be mandatory for all the State Corporations to have a representative of the Attorney-General so that they can avoid those big problems we are having now. As far as I am concerned, all the State Corporations must be have a representative from A-G’s Office.
