    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, first, the Committee did a commendable job on this report. That is mainly because road carnage is very high in the country because of the tankers and other heavy vehicles that use our roads. This should divert a lot of this traffic to our pipeline to deliver oil from Mombasa to Nairobi. That will increase efficiency in the delivery of the products to Nairobi and at the same time induce a reduction of prices of the petroleum products at our pump stations.
