Whereas, this is a good report and I commend the work of the Committee, the truth of the matter is that it is still inchoate and not complete because it had deadlines. There is the deadline of 12th of March, 2015, by which the NLC was to have confirm that the title deed has been revoked. The order of the NLC tribunal is dated 2nd March, 2015."
