    "content": "(Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki): All the three Bills that are listed here or any other Bill for that matter--- I have on my table six Bills which I received yesterday at 5.00 o’clock. So, I would not have been expected to move a Bill that had not been brought to my attention. That is my point. The point has been made that we should be here to process Bills. The delay in processing these Bills is not the fault of the Senate because they came late to us from the National Assembly. We must do whatever we can to process them in good time."
