    "content": "together. I wondered how our colleagues in the National Assembly debate on television based on their tribes, blaming and pointing fingers at one other. If they can do that, how much worse is it for their constituents back home if they are listening and watching and do not have a global view of issues? It came to my mind that the only voice of reason would be Senators. I have sat with the Senators of those counties. They have a cordial relationship and a good way of speaking. Therefore, it is important for them to take the leadership. Having such a service will provide for resources and mechanisms and there will be a rapid procedure for creating some resources to an Ad Hoc committee assisting Senators to run to their constituents and address issues."
