If you have heard what the Senator for Nandi is saying, a clear announcement needs to come from the Chair to various institutions in this country because the Government seems to frustrate our attempts to access information domiciled in various institutions. He is not the only one. You remember that I also wanted to be given information in the possession of the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC). I am again frustrated that I am yet to be given that information. You need to remind them that it is our constitutional right as citizens to have access to information that is held by the State and its organs."
