Yesterday, the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for Defence called me to say that they are trying to write a joint Statement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. She communicated with me today at around 1.30 p.m, to say that they should be given more time so that they can bring the Statement. I request that it be deferred to Thursday this week."
