I would like to throw the ball right at the door step of the President; he is yet to sign even one of the many Bills that have gone through the Third Reading in this House, apart from the Division of Revenue Bill and the County Allocation of Revenue Bill. I hope he signs this Bill into law and remembers to sign the others which we have passed."
