Even a fool will tell you that these are proceeds of corruption. Corruption is rolling out every day before the Public Accounts Committee, Public Investments Committee and everywhere. If you want me to withdraw, I can do so, but the truth remains the truth. You cannot hide, kill, suppress or alter the truth; it remains the truth. I withdraw and replace with “persons donating huge sums of money questionably acquired, in harambees.” Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I will proceed with the Bill. This Bill is very critical."
