"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, based on the evidence that I have read and the recommendations that I have brought before this honourable House on behalf of the Committee that I am honoured to chair, I wish to say that, in conclusion, we observed the following in respect of Mr. Mwangi Kiunjuri, MP: We appreciate the position taken by the Assistant Minister now in the Ministry of Public Works, hon. Member for Laikipia East, in respect of the Ministry of Water and Irrigation and its agents. The Committee encourages the hon. Member to continue making such pronouncements because they were very helpful with regard to Government Ministries, departments and also in respect of the wider society.
