    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, instead of asking a Senator to investigate and bring information, we can request the Auditor-General to do a forensic audit of a project where we have heard those rumours, and bring us a report which we can now use in our debates. Article 37 says: “The Auditor-General may examine the public procurement and asset disposal process of a state organ or a public entity with a view to confirm as to whether procurements were done lawfully and in an effective way.” Again, we do not have to wait until the process is completed.
