    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is not really interesting to listen to some of the things that can happen to Members of this House, knowing what history has, hitherto, projected on similar circumstances. The law was broken by an officer serving summons to a Member of this House. The Member has confessed that he appeared before the CIDs. That is the seriousness of the matter. How do you show extreme displeasure as the Speaker? Maybe by calling upon the arrest of the person who served that summon to a Member of this House because the law was breached. Instead of making general statements, there must be a legal action against the person who breached that law."
