    "content": "Thank you Madam Temporary Speaker. Just as my previous colleague, I also stand to support this Bill, the Public Audit Bill (National Assembly Bill No.38 of 2014). As suggested by Sen. (Dr.) Khwalwale, some amendments may be introduced because of some very glaring issues that need correction so that the Bill can assist Kenyans. Clause 4(2) talks about the establishment of the Office of the Auditor-General in ensuring reasonable access to its services in all parts of the Republic.
