    "content": "means that in our lifetime, the Catholic Church has been meditating on these issues. It is not a simple matter. Therefore, to cut a long story short, I hope that this Senate will be properly represented in this ceremony. I apologise that I will not be there, but I think it is an event that this nation should focus on so as to give it the dignity it deserves and give glory to God, through the Catholic Church, for having done such a wonderful thing to Kenya and to the African Continent. I praise you."
