"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is the third time I am standing up on a point of order on a matter that I have raised. Whenever it reaches, I am told it will be issued next week. You will recall that last Tuesday, on a matter that I had raised, I was told it would be on Tuesday this week because of urgent business. To make the matter worse, that is not even on today’s Order Paper. I would like to know what is happening because this is a matter that I raised since February this year, and it concerns every county of this Republic and it is urgent. Can I have your guidance on whether I should drop this matter or am I going to get an opportunity to proceed with it?"
