    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I sympathize with the Chairperson because he has been working on that matter since February. Obviously, it cannot go further. We are looking forward to this because recently the Government announced an additional Kshs20 billion to this fund. But unless matters are put right, we will just be pumping money into people’s pockets instead of giving it to the elderly who are in dire need. Some of whom are dying."
