    "content": " Hon. Senators, as we proceed, I wish to recognise the presence of pupils and teachers from Wings of Mercy, Dabaso Academy from Kilifi County seated in the Public Gallery. As you all know, the tradition of receiving and welcoming visitors to Parliament is a long time tradition and one we shall endevour to uphold.
