    "content": "Order, Sen. Ndiema! As you all know, this is a Statement that was made by Sen. Abdirahman under Standing Order No.45(2) (a) of our Standing Orders. It is not a Motion or something that will come up with a resolution at the end. It does not require me to make a ruling and so this brings it to an end.
