    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I beg to move:- THAT, the Speaker do now leave the Chair to facilitate consideration of the Public Finance Management (County Governments) Regulations, 2015 laid on the Table of the Senate on 17th March, 2015. Madam Temporary Speaker, this is a Motion similar to the one that we have just moved but this is related only to county governments. Therefore, we beg that Members support this Motion and that tomorrow we will have comprehensive amendments to the Motion. I do not intend to take much more time than that. I beg to move and request Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. to second."
