    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Actually, I should not be commenting because you hit the nail on the head by saying that this Motion has been approved by the Speaker. What worries me is that the distinguished Senator who raised this matter is a Member of the Speaker’s Panel and he should not be seen to be undermining the authority of that office. Anything that comes to the House with the approval of the Speaker is presumed to be properly before the House unless there is a substantive challenge. He stood up in a very speculative and not a substantive way. So, the Chair got it right by hitting the nail on the head. He is a Member of the Speaker’s Panel and we will be watching him very carefully to see whether he fits to continue sitting on that Chair."
